Chesterfield College is seeking a part-time Communication Support Worker to join a passionate and highly effective team.
You will support deaf or hard of hearing learners by conveying information accurately, using British Sign Language at level 2 or above (ideally level 3), and mentoring staff in inclusive practices and environmental adjustments to ensure equity. This role is for 14 hours per week over 40 weeks per year, with LGPS pension and annual leave benefits.
