• Experience as Registered/General/Home Manager in a care home.
• Commissioning experience or proven occupancy improvement.
• Hold Level 5 Leadership qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, launch and performance of the home with excellent resident experiences.
• Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team and positive culture.
• Build relationships with residents, families, professionals to drive occupancy.
• Oversee financial, operational and regulatory performance for quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice across the home.
• Collaborate with Avery's support teams to establish the home as a leading care community.
