Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commissioning General Manager to lead a brand-new care home from day one, guiding commissioning, opening, and initial operations with a focus on exceptional resident experiences. • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and business performance.

You'll shape the culture, build a high-performing team, and establish the home as a trusted part of the local community. Combining strong leadership with commercial awareness and a passion for quality care, you'll ensure residents, families and colleagues experience excellence from day one.,

  We're looking for an experienced care home leader who is excited by the opportunity to open and grow a new service., Have experience as a Registered Manager, General Manager or Home Manager within a care home setting.
