Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role emphasizes documentation, communication, and collaboration with the team to meet KPIs and deliver quality service. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and willingness to complete I-CAR training are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License
• Awareness of DRP procedures
• Basic computer skills

Mansioni

• Document customer interactions accurately and update records
• Guide customers through the repair process with timely information
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Provide positive, energetic engagement with customers in-person and over the phone
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and assist teammates as needed
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager
