Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repairs, from disassembly to reassembly, realignment, and repainting. The role emphasizes speed, quality, and collaboration with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, estimating costs, repairing with appropriate tools, and ensuring workmanship meets standards, while maintaining safety in a noisy shop

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repairing vehicle bodies and using trade tools.

Mansioni

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles and realign chassis.
• Replace damaged sections with parts and repair glass and interiors.
• Weld and repaint vehicles to factory standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
