Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Oxford Valley service center is seeking a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and paperwork up to delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and communicating repair plans to customers, while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must have a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair communication with customers.
• Deliver vehicle status updates per company standards.
