Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while coordinating vehicle repairs and insurance communications. The Estimator will assess damage, document repairs, and align with the team to meet KPIs throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, strong communication, and the ability to work with insurance partners. Training opportunities and career growth are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insured client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
