Role Overview

We are seeking personable individuals to join our Commis Waiting Team. Responsibilities include assisting during events, private dinners, restaurant service, and bar/lounge service. Tasks involve polishing glasses, cutlery, plates, delivering food, and cleaning work areas.

Job Details

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Salary: Up to £13.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the Back of House for service (polishing, cleaning)
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workstation
• Light cleaning duties after service
• Disposing of recyclables and waste
• Delivering food and beverages to the restaurant
• Preparing teas and coffees
• Relaying tables for events and restaurant service
• Following company policies and procedures
• Coordinating with kitchen, bar, and floor staff to ensure service standards
• Handling customer requests courteously and referring to managers if needed
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and legal requirements
