The Gherkin is an iconic London landmark located in the heart of The City of London. Our venue is situated at the top of this building, on levels 37, 38, 39, and 40. We are renowned for hosting corporate events, beautiful weddings, private dining experiences with spectacular views, as well as serving delicious food, famous Champagne, and cocktails in our Helix Restaurant and Iris Bar on weekends.

We are seeking personable individuals to join our bar team to assist with delivering exquisite cocktails, exceptional wines, and our own Searcys champagne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and perform all required duties
• Assist in setting up the bar
• Take orders and prepare drinks
• Follow company policies and departmental procedures/training
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure food and service standards meet the set menu and standards
• Ensure compliance with all legislative and government guidelines, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations, and Searcys Health & Safety Policy
• Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Show passion for food and beverages
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills
