Job summary

GAUCHO is hiring a Commis Waiter / Food Runner in London on a temporary fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027. The role involves supporting service operations, keeping stations stocked, and upholding service standards.

We seek a candidate with a good level of English, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, friendliness, and a real passion for hospitality. Team players will fit best in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Provide backup service to all service operations.

• Ensure bus stations are kept fully stocked and set for service.
• Act as a role model to all new employees by showing a positive approach to your job role.
• Help create the cycle of service to make every guest a repeat guest.
