GAUCHO Tower Bridge is hiring a Commis Waiter / Food Runner. You will learn quickly, stay positive, and support the service team across shifts, helping wherever needed to deliver the GAUCHO dining experience.

The role focuses on teamwork, guest service, and maintaining high standards during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company rules and procedures.
• Provide back-up service to all service operations.

• Strive to make every guest a repeat guest by delivering excellent service every time.
