Job summary

GAUCHO in Manchester is seeking a motivated Commis Waiter / Food Runner to support the team during the festive period. This is a temporary fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027.

Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, maintain a positive attitude, work well within a team and assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Provide back up service to all service operations.
• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned and reset during service.
• Ensure bus stations are stocked and set for service.
• Act as a role model to new employees with a positive approach.
• Help create a cycle of service to make every guest a repeat guest.
