Job summary

GAUCHO in Birmingham is seeking a committed Commis Waiter / Food Runner for a temporary contract through 3 January 2027. You will support all service operations and help maintain high standards of hospitality.

Requirements include a good level of English, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and being a team player who enjoys working with guests.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company rules, regulations and procedures.
• Provide backup service to all the service operations.
• Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned and reset during service.
• Ensure the bus stations are kept fully stocked and set for service.
• Act as a role model to all new employees by showing a positive approach to your job role.
• Strive to make every guest a repeat guest by achieving the cycle of service every time.
