Job summary

The May Fair Hotel, part of Edwardian Hotels London, is seeking a Commis Waiter/Waitress for its five-star May Fair Kitchen. This part-time position focuses on delivering high-end service in a fast-paced dining environment, where brand standards are upheld and guest satisfaction is paramount.

Experience in front-of-house is preferred, but training is available. Strong English communication and a passion for food and beverage are essential for success in this role.

• Previous front-of-house waiting experience in a high-end operation is preferred, though training can be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest trends.

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its destination restaurant May Fair Kitchen. Please note this role is available on a part time basis.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join our popular our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel as a Commis Waiter/Waitress, this role is for our destination May Fair Kitchen Restaurant.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress you will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Kitchen restaurants and our brand standards.
• As a Commis Waiter/Waitress be competent with-It applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests,

About You:

• Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is preferred however training can be provided.

• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
