Current Vacancy: Commis Waiter/Waitress

Location: The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel, and May Fair Kitchen (part-time position).

Role Overview

Join the restaurant team at The May Fair Kitchen as a Part-Time Commis Waiter/Waitress. Support the serving staff, meet guest needs, and ensure excellent service.

• Have good knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest questions
• Deliver food promptly and elegantly
• Clear tables efficiently, maintaining a well-presented dining area
• Be competent with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros

About You

• Previous experience in a busy, quality-driven restaurant preferred but training will be provided
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Impeccable command of English, both written and spoken
• A passion for food and beverage, and awareness of current food trends
