Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards.
• Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
• A good working knowledge of all food products and beverage offerings; training provided.
• Greet guests, take orders, serve and take payment in line with Aethos philosophy and standards.
• Read tables and understand guest needs and dislikes.
