Artemis Venue Services Ltd is seeking a Commis chef for Bassmead Manor Barns in the Bedfordshire countryside. The role requires a genuine passion for high-quality, seasonal dishes and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• A passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Good communication skills; understanding of HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.
• Follow allergens policy and kitchen management package; full training provided.
• Report to Head Chef/Sous Chef and respond to emails.
• Use Checkit for kitchen management (training provided).
