Job summary

Audley Villages is seeking a Commis Chef to help deliver dishes for our modern yet classic British menu, created each season. You’ll work with a small team to prepare ingredients, manage deliveries and stock rotation, while keeping a clean, orderly kitchen and learning on the job.

You’ll join a supportive team with development opportunities, flexible shifts, and a strong focus on training through our Academy and internal programs.

Qualifications

• Food health and hygiene knowledge.
• Experience with stock ordering and food deliveries.
• Knowledge of stock control.
• Preparing vegetables and meats.
• Cleaning stations.
• Positive attitude and tolerant nature.
• Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, organise deliveries, assist with stock ordering and stock rotation while keeping the kitchen clean.
• Support senior team members and assist during service to deliver outstanding food.
• Learn and develop through the Academy and everyday kitchen tasks.
