Job summary

Marston's in Hull is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen. You’ll prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow your career.

We welcome someone with experience in a similar chef role or as a KP, who works well in a fast-paced team and is eager to deliver great, hot food to spec. We support your progression through our internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time

Responsibilities
