Marston's is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You will learn new prepping skills, bring dishes to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, support the kitchen daily, and have the chance to progress along our DNA career pathway toward Sous Chef. We offer flexible hours, real benefits, and a friendly, lively team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or as a KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and execution of pub menu.
• Support kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Deliver hot food to spec consistently.
