Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You’ll help prep, create and bring our menu to life, and own a section of the kitchen as you learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes as directed, assisting with menu prep.
• Own a section of the kitchen and maintain quality, speed and cleanliness.
• Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations and teamwork.
• Ensure meals are delivered hot and to spec every time.
