Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team, prepping, creating and bringing our pub menu to life. If you have experience in a chef role or as a KP, you’ll fit right in as you learn kitchen areas and procedures and work within a fast-paced team to deliver great, hot food to spec.

We’ll support you through our internal career pathway toward Sous Chef, with flexible and part-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package that includes staff discounts, a meal deal, Health & Wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP.
• Know or be willing to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.

• Prep, create and bring pub menu to life.
• Learn prepping skills and bring meals to life for the first time.
• Own a section of the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
