Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn in a supportive environment, working with a friendly kitchen team in a fast-paced pub setting.

We welcome someone with cooking passion who wants to grow. The role offers flexible and part-time hours and a pathway via our DNA programme toward Sous Chef, with real opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a Kitchen Porter.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to specification every time.
