Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in a busy pub environment. You will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar chef role or as an experienced KP, who can work well within a team in a fast-paced setting and help support the kitchen on day-to-day tasks while delivering food to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bring the pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen and manage prep
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running
