Job summary

Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, bring a meal to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen while you grow your career.

We’ll support your development with an internal pathway toward becoming a Sous Chef, while you benefit from a reliable hours contract and a suite of staff perks designed to support your well-being and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as KP.
• Willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Assist prep and contribute to daily pub menu prep.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Deliver hot food to spec consistently
