Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team. You’ll prep and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a kitchen section while delivering great hot food to spec. This is an opportunity to grow within a supportive, award-winning pub group that values people and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or KP and willingness to learn new kitchen areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering hot food to spec consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring pub menu to life under guidance.
• Assist in learning prep skills and owning a section of the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running and food quality.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
