Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn to prep, cook and deliver meals to spec, while growing your career in a fast-paced kitchen.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team, learning new skills and taking opportunities to progress toward a Sous Chef role as part of our internal DNA pathway. We offer a friendly atmosphere with real benefits and career options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Assist in prep and cooking to deliver hot food to spec.
• Contribute to bringing the pub menu to life and learning new skills.
