Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen and help prep, cook and present our pub menu to life.

You’ll learn kitchen areas and procedures, work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and support day-to-day running while delivering great, hot food to spec every time. Career progression through our DNA pathway is encouraged, with real opportunities to advance to Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.
