Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in the local pub sector. You’ll learn and perform prep tasks, help bring our menu to life, and start building your kitchen career with hands-on experience.

You’ll work in a friendly, fast-paced environment alongside passionate teammates, with opportunities to progress along our DNA pathway toward Sous Chef while benefiting from flexible hours and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each time.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
