Marston’s is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team at our local pubs. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, owning a section of the kitchen and learning alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or KP.
• Willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Contribute to delivering great food consistently.
