Marston’s PLC in the East Midlands is inviting applications for a Commis Chef to join our busy pub kitchens. You’ll prep, create and bring the pub menu to life, learning new techniques and taking pride in every plate.

As part of a friendly team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, deliver hot food to spec, and grow towards senior kitchen roles through our internal DNA pathway. We value flexibility with hours and real opportunities to develop.

Formación

• Experience in a similar chef role or KP.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion to deliver great hot food to spec.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification.
• Learn and apply prepping techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Support daily kitchen operations and clean as you go.
• Develop skills towards a Sous Chef role through the internal pathway.
