Qualifications

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to deliver an exceptional standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals for guests while contributing to hotel profitability.
• Assist other chefs in the kitchen area.
• Maintain clean, tidy kitchen areas according to standards.
• Use equipment correctly and report problems immediately.
• Work with colleagues to ensure a harmonious team environment.
• Protect stock areas and report breaches.
• Comply with health, safety, hygiene and licensing policies.
• Address guest dissatisfaction promptly with the supervisor on duty.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
