Job summary

Rosewood London is seeking a Commis Chef to join Holborn Dining Room. You will support the kitchen brigade under supervision and gain hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment, working approximately 48 hours per week across 5 days.

You will learn food preparation, follow food safety and health and safety regulations, and apply guidance from experienced Chefs while developing your culinary skills and team collaboration.

RoleWe are currently looking for a Commis Chef - Holborn Dining Room to join our team of Chefs at Rosewood London. Commis Chefs support the kitchen brigade under the supervision and guidance from experienced Chefs.
