Job summary

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is seeking a passionate Chef to assist the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring dishes meet Hyatt's quality standards.

You will support senior chefs with stock rotation, mise en place, and delivery checks, maintain high hygiene standards, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
