Marston’s is hiring a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You’ll prep, season and bring menu dishes to life, learning new skills and taking ownership of a kitchen section as you grow. You’ll work in a lively, fast-paced environment, support the kitchen team with day-to-day tasks, and ensure hot food is prepared to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life
• Own a section of the kitchen and maintain high standards
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running
• Help ensure meals are prepared hot and to spec
