Marston’s in Rhyl is looking for a Commis Chef to prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, bring a meal to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen with a friendly, growing team.

There’s a clear pathway to progress through our DNA development program toward Sous Chef, with flexible and part-time hours and a range of benefits to support your work-life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP (Kitchen Porter).
• Able to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to specification every time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prep and cooking to recipe specs.
• Contribute to a clean and efficient kitchen area.
• Support senior chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
