Clays is seeking a committed Commis Chef to prepare consistent, high-quality dishes for guests. You will assist the CDP and Sous Chef and ensure every station stays clean and efficient, delivering dishes to standard.

The role requires a self-driven individual with hospitality passion, able to work flexibly, including weekends and late nights. Training and development opportunities are available as the brand grows.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience and focus on excellent guest service.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and late nights.
• Ability to learn fast in a busy kitchen environment.
• Training and development opportunities via Clays Academy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Kitchen colleagues in daily duties.
• Prepare and cook elements of high quality dishes under guidance.
• Check and receive deliveries per company and legal requirements.
• Learn and retain knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Develop culinary knowledge to produce high-quality dishes.
