Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Commis Chef in Crewe to join a busy pub kitchen. You will prep, cook and bring the pub menu to life, learning new prep skills and owning a section of the kitchen while supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.

We look for candidates with a passion for delivering great hot food to spec and who want to develop their career through our DNA pathway toward Sous Chef. Flexible, part-time hours and a supportive, award-winning local pub group await.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities
