We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Eurest on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Sous Chef, you will work alongside a passionate team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
  • Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feels welcomed and supported
  • Supporting the team in delivering our food concepts to customers
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Supporting with food ordering, stock control, and waste management
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards
  • Supporting budget management and meeting financial targets
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards
