Job summary

Marston's Pub is hiring a Commis Chef to prep, assemble and bring our menu to life. You will learn kitchen areas and procedures while delivering hot meals to spec in a fast-paced team.

Join our award-winning local pub company and progress through our DNA pathway toward Sous Chef with a real focus on practical skills and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion to deliver great hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day operations.
• Ensure dishes are prepared to spec and on time.
