Carlucco’s in Southampton is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen and gain hands-on experience in Italian cooking. You will work with experienced chefs to prepare ingredients and dishes that showcase our menu, while developing culinary skills and a deep understanding of Italian cuisine.

You will help maintain quality, support kitchen operations, and follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
