Are you passionate about food and customer service? Join us at Grosvenor, the leading casino operator in the UK, where you can develop your culinary skills in a dynamic environment committed to safer gambling and inclusivity.

As part of our team, you will work closely with the head chef to prepare, cook, and present menu items according to standards, while adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines. You will also collaborate with the wider casino team to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Welcoming and assisting customers in all areas
  2. Living our core values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
  3. Preparing, cooking, seasoning, and presenting casino menus
  4. Following HACCP and safety protocols to ensure food safety
  5. Reporting equipment issues to management
  6. Managing stock rotation, ordering, and usage to minimize losses
  7. Seeking customer and team feedback to improve food quality
  8. Maintaining cleanliness in all food preparation and service areas

Qualifications include:

  • Flexibility to work shifts as required
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
