Job Description

Are you comfortable in the KITCHEN? Are you passionate about fresh ingredients and customizing food to meet customer expectations and brand standards? Join us at the Rank Group as our next STAR! Working closely with your head chef, you will aim to meet and exceed customer expectations daily.

You will:

• Greet, welcome, and assist customers across all areas
• Embody our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
• Collaborate effectively with the hosting and wider casino teams
• Prepare, cook, season, and present casino menus according to recipe standards
• Follow all HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure food safety throughout the venue
• Report any defective equipment or systems to the head chef or duty manager
• Maintain stock rotation (FIFO), manage ordering, and control usage to minimize losses
• Seek feedback from customers and front-of-house teams to continuously improve food quality
• Practice a "clean as you go" policy in all food preparation and service areas
