Job Description

Are you passionate about cuisine and customer service? Join us as a Chef at Grosvenor, where you'll work closely with your head chef to meet and exceed customer expectations daily.

You will:

  • Greet and assist customers in all areas
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
  • Collaborate with the casino team and hosts
  • Prepare, cook, season, and present casino menus according to recipes
  • Follow HACCP and safety guidelines to ensure food safety
  • Report equipment issues to the head chef or duty manager
  • Manage stock rotation, ordering, and usage to minimize losses
  • Seek feedback to improve food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas
Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
