Job summary

The Seaton Lane Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, seeks a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen. You will work closely with the team to prepare high-quality dishes, support the brigade, and uphold food safety, storage, labeling, and recipe adherence.

You’ll collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house, and management to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced, welcoming inn environment. Training and growth opportunities are available within our celebrated pubs-with-rooms group.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and assist chefs in the kitchen.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and storage areas.
• Ensure food safety standards and proper labeling of ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, front-of-house and management teams.
• Follow recipes and maintain portion control and quality.
