Job summary

The Wateredge Inn in Ambleside, part of the Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy lakeside kitchen. You’ll work closely with the team to prepare high‑quality dishes, follow recipes, and maintain food safety, labeling and storage standards.

In a fast-paced environment you’ll collaborate with kitchen, front‑of‑house and management, take pride in a clean station, and contribute to a welcoming, award‑winning team that puts heartfelt hospitality at its core.

Qualifications

• Passion for food and ability to follow recipes.
• Responsible for food safety, storage, labeling and adherence to recipes and specifications.
• Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house and management teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
