ABOUT THE ROLE
START DATE JANUARY 2025
As a Commis Chef, your responsibility will be to work alongside our Chefs de Partie assisting in the timely production and presentation of our seasonal menus, with ingredients sourced from the finest suppliers. Our main kitchen team looks after four main areas of food service: Northall Restaurant, Crystal Moon Lounge & Garden Lounge, Room Service and Banqueting.
