Job summary

The Royal Castle in Dartmouth is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll help with food preparation, work with locally sourced produce and contribute to a high-quality guest dining experience in a picturesque Devon setting.

As a commis chef you will be assisting in the preparation of food, working as part of the team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
