The Royal Castle in Dartmouth is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team by the river. You will help prepare ingredients, assist with dishes and maintain high standards, working with locally sourced produce in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a commis chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in preparation of food, ensuring correct procedures and dish specs.

Are you an enthusiastic Commis chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, cooking with locally sourced produce to provide quality food that delights our guests.As a commis chef you will be assisting in the preparation of food, working as part of the team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
