Job summary

Royal Castle in Dartmouth invites applications for an ambitious Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, cooking with locally sourced produce to deliver quality meals for guests.

We offer live-in accommodation, substantial food and drink discounts, and a structured training programme to help you progress. You will be part of a warm, family-friendly pub hotel team focused on excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and dish specifications accurately.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.

• Prepare and cook dishes using locally sourced produce.
• Work as part of a team to maintain kitchen standards.
